In other words, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to move, recover and build a little more wellness into your routine over the next 12 months.
Meet the Recovery Lounge
What you do between workouts can be just as important as the workout itself. Rest and recovery can help ease muscle tension, support mobility and give both your body and mind a chance to reset.
The Urth Fitness Recovery Lounge brings together a collection of wellness and recovery services designed to help members slow down, recharge and get more from their routine.

Infrared Sauna
Unlike traditional saunas, which heat the surrounding air, infrared saunas use gentle infrared light to warm the body directly. This creates a more comfortable heat-therapy experience while helping to increase circulation, ease tight muscles and support post-workout recovery.
Regular infrared sauna sessions may also help reduce stiffness, encourage relaxation and support better-quality sleep. It’s a peaceful way to unwind after training – or simply take a quiet moment away from a busy day.

Hydro-Massage Beds
Urth Fitness’ Hydro-Massage Beds use heated, hydraulically pressurised water to deliver a relaxing full-body massage without the need to change clothes or get wet.
The combination of warmth and water pressure helps ease muscle soreness and tension while supporting blood flow and circulation along the back of the body. It’s an easy way to relax, reduce built-up stress and give tired muscles some attention.
Massage Chairs
The Recovery Lounge’s Massage Chairs use kneading and rolling movements to provide a full-body, deep-tissue-style massage.
By targeting common trigger areas, the chairs can help relieve muscle tightness, reduce tension and support faster post-workout recovery. They’re also ideal when you need a few quiet minutes to switch off and reset.

Spray Tan Booths
Urth Fitness’ private, automated Spray Tan Booths deliver an even, full-body tan in just 90 seconds.
The booths use organic ingredients and offer a selection of “anti-orange” shades. Urth Fitness staff can guide you through the available bronzer and undertone options to find a colour suited to your skin tone, leaving you feeling golden and ready to go.

CryoLounge
Available at Urth Fitness Lambton, the CryoLounge offers a comfortable and convenient way to experience targeted cold and heat therapy.
Cold zones can be focused on specific areas of the body to help reduce post-workout soreness, aches and discomfort. Optional compression also provides a calf massage, making the CryoLounge a valuable addition to your recovery routine.
For Urth Fitness, wellness isn’t only about how hard you train – it’s also about giving your body the time and tools it needs to recover.
And for one HUNTERhunter reader, the next 12 months of fitness and recovery could be completely sorted.
