Terms and Conditions

The Promoter is HUNTERhunter (ABN 28 628 178 414).

Eligibility
1. The competition entitles one [1] winner to;
One winner will receive a twelve [12]-month Urth Fitness Platinum Membership, including: 
  I. 12-month Urth Fitness Platinum Membership
  II. Unlimited Recovery Lounge access
  III. Access to all three Urth Fitness clubs
  IV. Bring a friend free on the gym floor
2. Competition opens: Monday 17th August, 2026
3. Competition closes: Friday 4th September, 2026
4. Competition drawn: Monday 7 September 2026
5. Eligible Entrants must be Australian residents.
6. Eligible Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
7. Guests of the successful winner of the booth must be over 18 years of age.
8. To enter, the participant must complete the entry form published on the HUNTERhunter website.
9. The prize draw will take place on Monday 31 August, 2026 @ 09:00. The winners will be contacted via email immediately following the draw.
10. If the prizes are unclaimed or un-awarded a prize draw will be conducted on Monday 7 September, 2026.
11. The prize(s) are not redeemable for cash and is personal to the winner. It cannot be transferred, exchanged or otherwise dealt with.
12. The following person(s) are ineligible to enter the Competition:
a) employees of:
I. the Promoter; and
II. the Promoter’s related bodies corporate (as that expression is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) and associated agencies, companies, and contractors; or
b) members of the Immediate Families of the employees.
