Merewether’s local brands come together for Christmas

Merewether's fashion and homewares brand Seekher is getting into the festive spirit this December, with a Holiday Block Party bringing local brands, artists, music, food and drinks together for one afternoon.

On Saturday, 5 December, the Holiday Block Party will take over 91 Mitchell Street from 3pm to 5pm, with up to 100 local brands getting involved.

The event is all about celebrating Newcastle’s small businesses and creative community in the lead-up to Christmas.

Across the afternoon, expect local artists and brands hosting pop-ups, music from Lincoln Latunin, drinks sponsored by Modus, food, wine and a lucky door prize.

The studio, store and surrounding street will all be part of the action, creating one big neighbourhood gathering designed to bring the Merewether and wider Newcastle community together.
