From batting cages and arcade games to movies and dinner, there's plenty to keep you busy at The Rooftop at Westfield Kotara
Heading out for dinner is always a good plan, but sometimes you want to do a little more with your afternoon or evening.
At Westfield Kotara’s Rooftop, you can take your pick – have a swing, get your game on, settle in for a movie, then grab a bite at one of the 17 dining venues.

Ready for a little friendly competition?
If your group likes to get competitive, The Ballpark is a good place to start.
Inject some energy into your social catch-up and head into the batting cages to take turns stepping up to the plate, or for something a little more chill have a round of digital darts.

The American-style menu covers burgers, hotdogs, wings and loaded fries, washed down with a classic cocktail or icy cold beer direct from the taps.

Over at Timezone, there are plenty of arcade games to get everyone involved. Pick your favourites, challenge someone to a game, or see who can rack up the highest score.
For something a little different, check out the new ColourGrid experience, where your speed, skill, teamwork, and reflexes are put to the test. It all starts with the touch of a screen before you're stepping, jumping, and racing your way through a shifting grid of pressure-responsive tiles.

Catch something on the big screen
If you’ve come for the movies, whether it’s pre or post dinner, take your pick between Gold Class and V-Max and make Event Cinemas part of your Rooftop plans.

As the afternoon moves into evening and hunger hits, it’s time to decide on your dining destination.
What will your flavour be tonight?
Once you’ve finished playing or the credits have rolled, head into The Rooftop’s dining precinct. Outdoor seating, shared spaces, and a dedicated children’s play area make it an easy spot to settle in for a bite.
If you haven’t visited in a while, there’s a few new venues to consider. Umaya, Masala Kitchen, Momo and Yomo have arrived, giving you even more reasons to stick around for a bite to eat.

At Umaya, the menu covers all your Japanese favourites from fresh sushi and sashimi to donburi and ramen. The complimentary miso soup is a nice touch before moving on to the main event.

Go for a table full of dishes to share, or keep a hearty bowl all to yourself. Either way, Umaya’s fresh flavours will leave you thinking about your next visit.

If you’re psyched for some Indian cuisine, take a seat at Masala Kitchen
Get started with the snack-style street food Puchka – Panipuri. Served with sweet and savoury liquid shots, pour the flavours into the crisp pastry which are layered with black chickpeas, dried mango powder and tamarind chutney. It’s a punchy, fun way to kick things off.

The best way to experience Indian cuisine is to rip in, literally, and dosa is made for exactly that.
Choose your veggie or meat filling, then get ripping and dipping. If you’re keen to try a broader mix of Indian flavours, the Thali is perfect. The larger silver platter features three curries of the day served alongside rice, naan, raita, salad, dessert, pickles and poppadoms. It’s generous, full of flavour, and you'll no doubt be scooping up every last drop.

If Korean fried chicken is calling, make your way to Momo Chicken
The boneless three set will have your crunching down on the OG, Garlic Soy, and the Sweet Chilli - Yangnyeom flavours.
For Korean street food fans you’ll be happy there’s some new additions to the menu, and Momo isn’t just about fried chicken anymore.

Mix, stir, scoop – that’s the way to tackle the Bulgogi Beef Bibimbap. Served sizzling on a wooden board, make sure each spoonful gets a little of everything: fresh vegetables, a perfectly fried egg, rice, and that rich Volcano sauce.

Don’t forget to leave room for something sweet
Before you head home, stop by Yomo for a frozen yoghurt bowl. The self-serve setup means you can create your own combination, choosing from 10 different flavours and up to 50 different toppings, the options are endless.
It's an easy final stop after dinner, or a great break between games at the arcade.

An afternoon that turns into an evening
There’s no need to squeeze everything into one visit. Pick a game and dinner, pair a movie with a meal, or leave the afternoon open and see where you end up.
The best part is you don’t really need a plan – start with one thing and see where The Rooftop takes you.
